For the Recipe
- 50 gm Cadbury Bournville chocolate
- ½ cup paneer
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
Take a blending jar and add paneer to it. Make sure the paneer is softened and at room temperature for a smooth texture.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to paneer. This will sweeten the pudding and bring the ingredients together. You can switch sugar with your prefered sweetener as well.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and add it to the paneer.
Blend the ingredients until a smooth paste forms. Once blended, you can taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as per your preference.
Pour the blended mixture in small transparent glass and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Take a bar of Bournville chocolate, break it to pieces, and put in a heat proof bowl.
Melt the chocolate using double boiler method or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir in between to ensure no lumps remain.
Once the chocolate is melted, pour it onto peanut butter mixture to create a chocolate layer. Set it once again for a few minutes and serve chilled.
