In a mixing bowl, add chenna, maida, and cornflour and mix well.
Knead the mixture into a smooth and soft dough for the best results.
Now divide this dough into equal parts and make round balls of it. Take one ball, press in the center with the help of your thumb and put some grated/chopped Cadbury Bournville chocolate in it for stuffing.
Seal it and make a smooth round ball again. Repeat this step for all of the rest of the balls.
In a saucepan boil water & sugar together. Boil until water reduces to half. Let it cool once you reach the desired consistency.
Heat the oil over low-medium heat and fry these balls gently by frying only a few at a time, till they are nicely done.
Take them out and put them in the sugar syrup. Make all the gulab jamun by repeating this process. Let them soak in the syrup for 2-3 hours.
Melt 2 pieces Cadbury Bournville chocolates in microwave for the garnish.
Decorate gulab jamun by drizzling over the melted chocolate.
Slice the gulab jamun and enjoy.
You can store this sweet in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
