For the Recipe

  • 5 pieces Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ bowl chenna or paneer
  • 2 tsp maida
  • 3 tsp cornflour
  • ½ liter oil for frying the jamun

Directions

In a mixing bowl, add chenna, maida, and cornflour and mix well.

Knead the mixture into a smooth and soft dough for the best results.

Now divide this dough into equal parts and make round balls of it. Take one ball, press in the center with the help of your thumb and put some grated/chopped Cadbury Bournville chocolate in it for stuffing.
