For the Recipe
- 2 cups walnuts
- 4-5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp coffee powder
- Mint leaves for garnishing
Directions
Roast 2 cups walnuts for 1 minute.Do not overcook it.
Break Bournville chocolates in a bowl & microwave it for 1 minute until melt.
Now add coffee powder with melted chocolate & mix.
Now dip roasted walnuts on melted chocolate & keep it on the baking sheets.
Garnish with some mint leaves & refrigerate for 1 hour.
Don't overcook the walnuts, then it will be bitter in taste.
