For the Recipe
- Flour – ¾ cup
- Multigrain rolled oats – 1 cup
- Brown sugar – ½ cup
- Granulated sugar – ¼ cup
- Diary Milk chocolate chopped – ½ cup
- Walnuts (roughly chopped) – ½ cup
- Cornstarch – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter – ½ cup
- Eggs – 1 large
Directions

Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking soda in a medium bowl, set aside.

Place the brown and granulated sugar in a medium bowl, melt the butter and pour it on top and stir with a whisk and add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix.

Add the dry ingredient mixture into it and mix well with a spoon till it becomes smooth.

Add the oats, chocolate chips and walnuts and mix with a spoon.

Make a 2-tablespoon size ball with the mixture and place it on an oven tray lined with parchment paper, 2.5 inch apart. Bake at 170˚ C for about 10 – 12 minutes till the sides are turning brown.
Ensure that the cookies are placed apart before baking as it will flatten and spread and will join if they are not placed apart.
