For the Recipe
- Ripe bananas – 4 pieces
- Oreo biscuits, crushed without cream – About 10-15 pieces
- All-Purpose Flour – ½ Cups
- Corn starch – ¼ Cups
- Sugar – 3 Tablespoons
- Pinch of salt
- Water – as needed
Directions

Peel the bananas and cut each into 2 equal portions. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, corn starch, sugar, crushed Oreo cookies, and salt. Add water and mix until smooth batter forms.

Dip banana into the Oreo batter and roll into breadcrumbs. Gently press breadcrumb coating to make it stick. Repeat process until you finish all the bananas.

Fry the coated banana in hot oil until golden brown over medium heat. Soak excess oil on paper towel.

In a deep container, combine sugar and crushed Oreo. Coat each fried banana with the sugar-Oreo mixture while still warm.
