For the Recipe
- 12 pieces Oreo biscuits
- 4 tsp cream cheese
- ½ cup melted dark chocolate
- ½ bowl dried chopped berries
Directions

Crush Oreo cookies with the cream in a food processor and pulse until a fine powdery mixture forms.

Transfer the Oreo crumble to a bowl & add cream cheese.

Add some chopped dried berries to the Oreo crumble.

Mix all ingredients well until a tight dough forms.

Scoop 1 tablespoon full of the mixture in your hand and shape it into small balls. Place on a parchment paper lined tray and set in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm them up.

In the meantime, melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and stir at 30 seconds interval. Remove truffles from freezer and coat with melted chocolate. Drip off excess chocolate and place the truffles on same lined tray.

Decorate the truffles with chopped berries and rose petals while chocolate is still wet.

Set the truffles in refrigerator for 30 minutes or an hour to firm up the chocolate coating. Once set, serve the truffles and enjoy.
If you don't have a food processor/ grinder you can place Oreos in a seal bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely crushed.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
