Directions
Chop the chocolate and add it to a bowl with half the cream and microwave it to melt completely.
Whisk the remaining cream to form soft peaks.
Mix the cream, little at a time into the melted chocolate until a smooth mixture forms. Save a little for the topping.
Add it to a serving dish and add a spoonful of the whipped cream and make patterns with a skewer.
