For the Recipe
- 6 pieces Dairy Milk Silk Chocolate
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups milk powder
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 4 tsp ghee
- ¼ cup chopped pistachio
Directions

Melt ghee in a pan on low flame.

Add milk powder to melted ghee.

Pour milk in the pan and mix well.

Reduce heat and simmer the mixture until it’s reduced and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Stir to avoid burning.

Add condensed milk to the mixture and combine well.

Add Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate. Stir and cook until chocolate is melted.

Add chopped pistachio & mix gently until evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture out in a bowl and let cool at room temperature. Once cooled enough to handle, take a small amount and shape into balls with greased hands. Flatten it and make a hole in the center. Garnish with chopped pistachios and set in the fridge before serving.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract for more flavor.
