For the Recipe
- Banana – 4 (1 ½ cup)
- Flour – 1 cups + ¼ cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Butter – ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Baking soda- 2 tsp
- Choco chips- 1 tbsp
- Cashew nut- ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Milk- 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Cadbury Bournville 50% Dark— 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Directions
In a bowl, add the butter and cream it.
Add sugar into the bowl and mix it together.
Break the banana and blend it.
Then, add the blended bananas into the mixing bowl.
Add milk to the bowl.
For the dry ingredients, add flour and baking soda and mix it all together.
Add cashew nut and dark chocolate into the mixing batter.
In a tray, pour the mixing batter and add the choco chips.
Bake it for 50 minutes. Slice it and serve.
Bake it at 170°C
