Take the Oreo Cookies. Insert a wooden pop stick into the cream filling between the shells of each cookie.
Take a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the cookie pop sticks on the sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Take a small bowl. Add the melted baking chocolate and oil. Mix until well-combined.
Once done, take the cookies and, one at a time, dip them into the chocolate mixture.
Ensure that both sides of the cookie are evenly coated. Once done, place it back on the baking sheet. Decorate as desired.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
