For the Recipe
- 1 packet Ready-to-use frozen pie crusts
- 2 nos Small apples
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- 11 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
Directions

Step 01
Preheat oven to 190°C.

Step 02
Take a pie crust. Roll it to make it flat.

Use as 4-inch cutter to cut the pie crust into 9 circles. Roll the scraps again, if required. Repeat the process with the remaining pie crusts.

Cut the apples crosswise until you get a total of 9 rings.

Use a whisk to mix the egg and water. Whisk until well-combined.

Take a baking sheet. Cover it with parchment paper.

Place 9 pastry circles on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the edges with the egg wash.

Top each pastry circle with an apple ring and an Oreo Cookie.

Cover with the remaining pastry circles. Seal the filling by pressing both the edges together.

Crush the remaining Oreo Cookies until they turn into fine powder. Sprinkle over the pies.

Bake the pie for 18 to 22 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
