Servings
For the Recipe
- 3 small and ripe bananas
- 2 tsp of icing sugar
- 2 packets of Cadbury Oreo Choco Creme Cookies
Directions
Cut the bananas into chunks.
Blend the banana chunks. Keep aside.
Blend the Oreo Choco cream.
Pour the blended bananas into the Oreo Choco cream crumbs.
Whisk until well combined.
Slice a banana.
Pour the batter into a tray mold and add sliced bananas on top of the batter.
Bake at 170 Celsius for 20 mins.
Dust icing powder on top and serve.
You can decorate the muffins with melted chocolate or even buttercream frosting.
Add nuts into the batter for some crunch. You can use chopped almonds, cashews, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
You can also decorate the batter with a whole Oreo cookie instead of banana slices.
If you don’t want to make individual-sized muffins, consider baking the batter in a cake tin.
Ensure that the Nanoreo Muffins are completely cool before dusting them with icing sugar. If they are taken straight from the oven and are piping hot, the icing sugar will simply dissolve on the surface.
To create a lava cake like Nanoreo Muffin variation, fill the cupcake liner halfway, then place a large square of your favorite chocolate. Cover the chocolate square with an additional layer of batter.
