Caramelize 3 tbsp of Sugar and put into a baking bowl.
Add 5 tbsp of sugar in 500ml milk and boil it down to 250ml. Cool down the milk & mix it with two eggs & Vanilla essence.
Mix it well & pour the mixture into the baking bowl.
Melt Cadbury silk chocolate.
Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the batter.
Place the baking bowl in a bigger pot, submerge it half way into water and boil it for 30 mins. Keep the lid of the bigger bowl covered.
Cool it down to room temperature & refrigerate the pudding for 2 hours.
Slice Strawberries and set aside.
Add fresh strawberries, blueberries & cherry and serve cold.
TIPS:
Increase the amount of chocolate as per taste.
