For the choux pastry:

  • ¾ stick butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 4 eggs

For the whipped cream:

  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

For the poured fondant glaze:

  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup water
