- 150 gm granulated sugar

- 60 ml cold water
- 300 gm all-purpose flour (for the crust)
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the apples and then toss them with two types of sugars, spices, and lemon juice.
- In a pan, add butter and cook the apple mixture on medium heat until the apples soften. But don’t make it too mushy.
- Separately, make the pie crust with flour, butter, and cold water.
- Set the skillet with the crust and add the filling to it.

Instructions:

Instructions:
- Combine the flour, sugar, and cold butter for the crust. In a tart pan, spread the crust evenly and cut the excess from the sides. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Peel and slice the apples, then deseed them. Toss it with brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder. Once it is done, pour the mixture on the crust.
- For the crumble, mix flour, oats, and cold butter. Mix them with your hands so that the warmth of your hands will help the butter melt. Once the crumbles are made, evenly sprinkle them over the apples.
