- 2 bananas, sliced
- 100 gm Bournville dark chocolate, melted
- 50 gm colourful sprinkles
- 50 gm crushed nuts
Method:
- Slice the bananas into rounds about 1 cm thick.
- Using a fork or skewer, dip each banana slice into melted Bournville dark chocolate, coating it completely.
- Immediately sprinkle each chocolate-covered banana with colourful sprinkles or crushed nuts, to add a healthier take to this recipe.
- Place the banana bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Serve chilled.
2. Fruity Yogurt Pops
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Greek yogurt
- 100 gm fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 ml orange juice
- Popsicle moulds and sticks
Method:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with honey and orange juice until smooth.
- Layer the yoghurt mixture and fresh berries in popsicle moulds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Ingredients:
- 100 gm Rice Krispies cereal
- 150 gm peanut butter
- 100 gm honey
- 50 gm mini marshmallows
Method:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter and honey together for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and mini marshmallows to the peanut butter mixture and stir until well coated.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 20 cm square pan and press down evenly.

Ingredients:
- 100 gm strawberries, halved
- 100 gm pineapple chunks
- 100 gm green grapes
- 100 gm blueberries
- 100 gm marshmallows
- 200 gm vanilla yogurt
Method:
- Wash and cut strawberries, pineapple chunks, and green grapes.
- Alternate pieces of fruit and marshmallows on wooden skewers.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve with vanilla yoghurt as a dip.
