  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Method:

  1. For the first step, take a blender, and combine the ripe avocados, unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract, and almond milk in it.
  2. Next, blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. After this, taste and adjust sweetness by adding more stevia if needed.
  4. Now, transfer the mousse onto the serving bowls.
  5. Once done, refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.

  • 200 gm almond flour
  • 60 gm butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method:

  1. First, you need to preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Then, in a mixing bowl, you need to combine the almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Once done please continue to mix the ingredients thoroughly until a dough forms.
  4. Scoop out small portions of dough and shape them into balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
  5. Press each ball down with a fork to flatten it slightly.
  6. Please bake for around 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Once done, allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. When they cool down, you can serve them and enjoy them with family and friends.
