Healthy and Delicious Oat Desserts You Can Make Anytime You Have a Craving

With fitness becoming a crucial element in all our lives, everyone is constantly looking to eradicate the words ‘guilty pleasure,’ out of their dictionaries. You must have every nutritionist or personal trainer say, ‘You need to make good health a lifestyle choice,’ which is why nearly everyone is looking to substitute even ‘cheat meals’ with food that is as delicious but also equally healthy. A big part of this trend includes swapping artificial sweeteners with natural ones, such as coconut sugar, jaggery, or even honey. Some go the extra mile to replace their hazelnut spreads with decadent chickpea and cocoa spreads. The whole idea behind these replacements is essentially to indulge in diet desserts.

Some popular choices include dates with peanut butter and a sprinkle of sea salt, oat desserts, chia pudding, and the like. The formula is simple — low carbs, high fiber, and high protein.
