The Best Desserts For A Party– Sweet Treats To Woo Your Guests

Hosting a party is no small task! From venue to food, everything needs to be just right. Whether formal or casual, great food creates unforgettable memories. Want to leave a lasting sweet impression your guests will love? These party-perfect desserts will win the hearts of your guests. Mini cheesecake bites

Serve your guests mini cheesecake bites. This will be as delicious as the regular cheesecake without the hassle of equal slicing for each guest. Also, the bite-size pieces will let everyone enjoy the desserts guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm cream cheese
  • 150 gm digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 80 ml butter (melted)
  • 100 gm powdered sugar
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 100 gm mixed berries (for topping)

Procedure:

  • Crush the digestive biscuits with the help of a food processor and add melted butter to it. Mix them together to make the base of the cheesecake bites.
  • In mini muffin trays, press them properly to create the base.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat them until they become fluffy. Then gradually add vanilla essence and heavy cream and mix them thoroughly.
  • Once the cream cheese mixture is ready, pour the mixture onto the biscuit base you have prepared before. Then refrigerate them for two hours.
  • Once they are set, take them out of the fridge and add the mixed berries on top. You can either add different berries to different servings or mix them all together to garnish.
  • For variation, garnish the cheesecake bites with chocolate spread or peanut butter.

Tiramisu jars

Let’s introduce the most elegant dessert in a jar. The delicacy of the coffee and cream mixture served in individual jars will be the best way to serve this dessert at a party.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm mascarpone cheese
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 gm powdered sugar
  • 200 ml espresso (cooled)
  • 20 ml coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 200 gm ladyfingers
  • 30 gm cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 100 gm Cadbury Bournville dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Procedure:

  • Whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until they become smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the espresso with the coffee liqueur. Who doesn’t want to have a kick of coffee and booze?
  • Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture for a second, just enough to soak them enough to make a delicious and moist base for the dessert.
  • To fit in the jar, break the ladyfingers first. Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of small jars, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  • Repeat the process until you reach almost the top of the jar and add the mascarpone cheese mixture at the top.
  • Dust the top of the jar with cocoa powder and sprinkle some dark chocolate shavings.
  • The best thing is that your guests can take these tiramisu jars home.
