- 251 gm strawberries
- 152 gm blueberries
- 103 gm raspberries
- 54 gm blackberries
- You have to lightly beat eggs in a mixing bowl, and whisk in the whites and yolks until they are well combined.
- Then, add milk and water, and keep whisking to avoid lumps.
- Next, you need to add granulated sugar and salt, and whisk the mixture to dissolve them.
- In another bowl, you will sift the plain flour. You may also use wheat flour for this recipe to make them slightly healthier.
