In a bowl mix maida, Cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all dry ingredients & keep aside.
Mix coffee powder with ¼ cup warm water. Keep it aside.
Mix Cadbury Bournville chocolate with melted butter. Keep it aside.
Now mix coffee water with melted chocolate.
Add sugar & mix until sugar melts.
Slowly mix chocolate with dry ingredients.
Add chopped cashews with batter.
Cover the bread mold with parchment paper. Pour the cake mixer into mold.
Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes or until the center is set and a skewer comes out clean. cut & enjoy with some tea or coffee.
Avoid overmixing the cake batter, as it’ll lead to a tough and rubbery cake.
