- ½ cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp of cashews
- 2 tbsp of almonds
- 2 tbsp of custard powder
Directions
Cut the edges of the bread.
Blend the bread into crumbs & keep it aside.
Caramelize 70 grams of sugar and pour it into a pan, let it sit.
In a bowl, add 100 ml of milk, custard powder and cocoa powder and stir it well.
Heat 100 grams of milk and add 30 grams of sugar and stir it until it boils.
Pour in the Choco custard mixture and stir it well.
Gradually add the bread crumbs and mix it well.
