Mix Cadbury Dairy Milk with Khoa.
Heat water in a vessel, place Cadbury Dairy Milk bars in a bowl to melt.
Make balls with the mixture and fill the liquid Cadbury inside the balls.
Roll the balls on coconut powder.
Deep fry with ghee.
