For the Recipe
- Oreo Cookies – Approximately 20- 25 Oreos
- Cream Cheese – 2/3 Cups
- Cadbury White – 2/3 cups
Directions
Pulse the cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
Then combine with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form 1-inch balls by hand. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and keep them in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set, making sure that the balls do not touch each other.
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
Insert skewers into each truffle for ease of dipping before it is fully set.
Once the Cheese balls are set, dip each Oreo truffle into the white chocolate, turning to coat. Tap any excess off and stand them in a mug so that they do not touch each other and put in the freezer for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
Put the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag drizzle over the top of the balls and place in the fridge for about 1o minutes or so to set, then enjoy!
You can use different flavored Oreo cookies or Cadbury BournVita biscuits as well.
