For the Recipe
- 2 packets Dairy Milk
- 10 pieces marshmallow
- 1 packet Gems
- 15 pieces edible eyes
Directions
Break dairy milk chocolate into pieces.
Melt the chocolate for 50 seconds.
Hold a marshmallow by an end 'edge' between a finger and thumb and carefully dip it into the chocolate, leaving a patch of uncovered marshmallow for the penguin's tummy or you can use a toothpick to avoid the mess.
Hold it upside down over the bowl of chocolate to allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
Lay all the penguins on a baking tray. Use baking paper.
Now add 2 edible eyes & 1/2 gems beak into each penguins & place the plate into the fridge for 20-25 minutes until chocolate hardened.
TIPS:
Store the penguins in an airtight tin or container until ready to serve.
