For the Recipe
- Flour - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
- 3 eggs - ½ cups + 3 tbsp
- Baking powder - 2 tsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp
Directions
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar.
Whisk it together.
Add flour and milk.
Whisk it well until the batter has a smooth consistency and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
In low heat pour the batter and wait until the bubbles start to form on the top flip it after 2-3 minutes.
Melt the chocolate.
Spread the chocolate on one side of the pancake and cover it with the other pancake, serve warm.
Watch out for the bubbles to avoid over-cooking.
