For the Recipe
- 4 pieces of rice cakes
- ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 bar Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk
- 2 tbsp mixed toasted seeds
Directions
Place the rice cakes on a plate and spread peanut butter generously on each rice cake.
Refrigerate the cakes for 15-20 minutes.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave the chocolate in bursts of 10 seconds, mixing it each time till it melts completely.
Dip each slice of rice cake into chocolate, coating all of the peanut butter.
Sprinkle seeds on top.
Repeat the process for all rice cakes.
Refrigerate the cakes for half an hour.
Serve at room temperature.
Make sure the Cadbury Silk and peanut butter are at room temperature.
