In a pan mix condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Add cashew paste to it.
Mix fresh cream & cook on low flame.
Microwave Dairy Milk chocolate for 30 seconds.
Pour melted chocolate into condensed milk mix.
Let it cool & pour the mixer into a bowl.
Pour the ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker and churn the ice cream for about 25 minutes until it reaches a soft serve consistency.
Freeze for 2 hours or overnight until firm, scoop & enjoy.
You can add any berries, pour them into the ice-cream maker in the last 5 minutes of churning.
