For the Recipe
- Dried Apricots: 7-8 pcs
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk: 1 bar
- Roasted Pistachios: 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop the Pistachios into tiny pieces. Set aside.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double broiler. Stirring continuously so that it melts evenly.
Dip pieces of Apricot one by one. I've dipped in half. It looks aesthetically pleasing.
Place the chocolate apricot on the parchment lined tray and sprinkle pistachios on top. Repeat the process for the rest of the apricots.
Once they're all done, place the tray in the freezer for an hour to set.
Store it at room temperature in airtight boxes or if it's too hot keep it in the fridge.
TIPS:
Make sure the tempering of the chocolate is done right otherwise the chocolate will seize and become grainy.
