In a bowl mix butter and sugar. Beat until the sugar melts with the butter.
Add yogurt in the same bowl. Mix lightly.
Now add vanilla essence and mix it in as well.
After mixing, add cocoa powder and red food color. Mix everything gently.
Now add all-purpose flour to the same bowl.
Start adding milk in small portions and keep mixing it.
Now add chopped Oreo biscuits on same batter.
Transfer the batter to a baking tray and decorate with some more broken Oreo biscuits. Preheat the oven at180°C for 10 minutes.
Insert the filled-up baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let it cool on a wire rack, cut and enjoy.
Serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
