For the Ice Cream
- Whipping cream (vanilla flavor) – 1 cup
- Pistachios – ¼ cup
- Desiccated coconut – ¼ cup
- Green food coloring (optional) – 2-3 drops
- Sweetened condensed milk – ¼ cup
For the Topping
- Pistachios (chopped) – ¼ cups
- Cadbury Dark chocolate chopped – ¼ cup
- Desiccated coconut – ¼ cup
Directions

Blend the pistachios well using a blender and hand mix it with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and food colour.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium high for 5-6 minutes, until the whipped cream forms stiff peaks. Do not overmix.

Fold pistachio mixture into whipped cream, using a rubber spatula, until it is completely combined.

Add the chopped pistachios, chopped chocolate and shredded coconut, and mix until combined and pour the mixture into a container with lid, level it well and freeze for about 6 hours.
