For the Recipe
- Oats - ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter - ¼ cup + 3 tbsp
- Icing sugar - ¼ cup
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Oreo - 3 tbsp
- Caster sugar- 1 tsp
Directions
To make oats flour, blend the oat flakes.
Melt the peanut butter to make it creamy.
Add the oats flour & icing sugar to the peanut butter.
Mix it together to form a dough.
Roll the dough to 20 grams each and gently press the core with your thumb.
Break the dairy milk oreo silk chocolate to small cubes.
Add the chocolate cubes to the dough.
Cover each of the cookie dough with caster sugar.
Bake it for 15 mins at 150 Celsius.
TIPS:
Let it sit in room temperature for about 10 mins before putting it into the oven.
Preheat the oven at 150 Celsius for 10 mins.
