For the Recipe
- 1 packet Oreo Biscuits
- ½ kg fresh paneer
- 6 tsp powdered sugar
Directions
Kneed fresh paneer gently with the help of your palm.
Add powdered sugar and make a tight dough.
Divide into half.
Now remove the white cream portion from Oreo biscuit.
Blend Oreo biscuit and make a smooth powder.
In one portion, add Oreo biscuit powder and in another portion, add white Oreo cream.
Using your palm, roll choco Oreo sandesh into small round balls.
Slightly flatten Oreo choco sandesh in your palm and add white sandesh into it. Cover, roll, and make a small ball.
Now cut into half & serve.
TIPS:
Refrigerate before you serve it.
