For the Cake
- Eggs – 4 pcs (room temperature)
- Sugar – 1/3 cups
- Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil – 3/4 cup
- Flour – 1 cup
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup
- Baking Powder – 1 ½ teaspoons
For Dairy Milk Topping
- Dairy Milk Chocolate – One whole packet of 134 gm
Directions
The Cake:

Beat the eggs in a large bowl for a minute. When bubbles are formed, add sugar gradually and continue beating till all the sugar is added.

Continue beating it till it becomes creamy and fluffy. Then add vanilla essence and oil and beat for 1 minute.

Sift all the dry ingredients together and add it into the egg batter in 3 batches and fold it into the egg batter carefully by hand.

Once the batter is mixed well, pour it into a loaf pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 ˚ C for about 25-30 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean and let it cool down.
For the Topping:

Once the cake is cooled down, put the slab of Dairy Milk chocolate on top of the cake and microwave it for about 2-3 minutes till the chocolate bar is soft.
Make sure that the chocolate bar is not too cold. This will ensure that the chocolate softens faster.
