With a sharp knife, slice the apples in half from top to bottom. Slice the apples into very thin slices.
Pour some salted warm water & let it rest for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes apple slices will be soft & more translucent. Remove from water and keep aside.
Now dust some flour on the board & take a pastry sheet.
Roll the sheet of puff pastry dough out with a rolling pin to flatten just a little more and to remove the perforated lines in the dough.
Melt Cadbury Bournville chocolate & apply one side of rolled puff pastry.
Place some apple slices along one half of the puff pastry strip with the peel side facing out.
Fold the pastry in half to cover the apples. Roll the pastry and apples to the other end of the pastry to form the rose shape. Start it from the end side.
Give it a rose shape and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
You can dust some sugar before baking.
