- 1cup Maida
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- ⅓ cup cooking oil
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the oil and milk to get a smooth consistency.

Blend slowly and add vanilla extract for a rich scent.

Make sure the powdered sugar dissolves evenly in the mixture by stirring it in.

To keep the batter's consistency light and airy, mix gently.

Add the maida gradually while stirring to prevent lumps and obtain a smooth consistency.

To ensure appropriate rising during baking, evenly stir in the baking soda.
