For the Recipe
- 50 gm Cadbury Bournville chocolates
- 1 spoon cream cheese
- 1 spoon fresh cream
- 1 spoon sugar
Directions
Being by placing one tablespoon of cream cheese in a bowl. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
Next, add frech cream to the cream cheese. Fresh cream helps in smoothening cream cheese and make the texture rich.
Break 50 grams of Cadbury Bournville chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
Melt the chocolate using double boiler method or by microwaving it for 15-20 seconds. Make sure to stir chocolate in between.
Once the chocolate is melted completely, pour it onto cream cheese mixture and stir gently.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar into the mixture and stir well until it dissolves. You can skip adding sugar or alter the amount based on your preference.
Continue mixing until all the ingredients are well combined and consistency is homogenous. Once the mixture is uniform and well blended, your mousse is ready.
Pour the prepared mousse mixture into shots glasses and serve it right away or chill for a few minutes before serving.
