In a bowl, combine the jaggery and all-purpose flour, making sure the sweetener mixes in evenly for a well-balanced taste.
To give the dry ingredients a deep, fragrant flavor, add coffee powder and stir gently.
In order to start creating a smooth, lump-free batter, gradually add the milk and incorporate it into the mixture.
In order to achieve the ideal consistency for spreading, whisk everything together until a smooth, well-combined batter develops.
Grease a nonstick skillet, add batter, and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Allow them to cool completely to solidify their texture after cooking for 2 minutes on each side.
To make it easier to spread over the pancakes, gently melt the Bournville chocolate until it is smooth and glossy.
To ensure a deep, decadent layer for a delectable filling, evenly distribute melted chocolate over one pancake.
Cover with another pancake, gently press, cut in two, and savor the chocolate-covered delight.
The cake can be prepared with maida & sugar powder also. We used all-purpose flour & jaggery to make it healthy.
