Servings
For the Recipe
- 50 gm Cadbury Bournville chocolates
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 2 spoon cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh cream
Directions
Begin by taking fresh cream in a saucepan. Make sure it is at room temperature for even heating.
Next up, add mint leaves to the fresh cream to infuse the mint flavor. The fresher the leaves, the better.
Cook the cream for 5 minutes to let the flavors of mint leaves come out. Once done, take out the mint leaves.
While the cream is hot, stir in pieces of Bournville dark chocolate. The heat from cream will help the chocolate melt evenly.
Mix it well until the chocolate dissolves completely and no lumps remain.
Transfer this mixture into a bowl, cover with a clean film and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to thicken the mixture.
Once the mixture is thick enough to work, take it out of the fridge. Start making small balls by taking spoonful in your hand and roll it.
Roll the mixture well to make smooth balls without cracks and with an even surface.
Once the ball is made, roll it in cocoa powder to absorb moisture from the surface and make it firm to serve.
