For the Recipe

  • 6-7 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp  vanilla essence
  • ½ cup fresh cream

Directions

Bournville Panna Cotta - Add milk and Bournville Chocolates

In a pan add milk and bournville chocolates.

Add cream in the pan.

Add vanilla essence after adding cream.

Bournville Panna Cotta - Add Agar Agar Powder

Gently add agar agar powder.

Bournville Panna Cotta - Form Thick Consistency

Now switch on the flame & start mixing. cook until mixer form thick consistency.

Bournville Panna Cotta - Pour the mixer in a mold

Pour the mixer in a mold & refrigerate it  for at least 4-5 hours. Demold, garnish with some mint leaves & enjoy.
