Servings
For the Recipe
- 6-7 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup fresh cream
Directions

Pour milk into a pan with Bournville chocolate, letting the chocolate melt and blending into the milk.
Add the cream and mix slowly to create a rich, velvety texture that adds to the smoothness of the dessert.

For a sweet, aromatic touch that perfectly balances the rich chocolate notes, add vanilla essence.

To help the mixture solidify into a hard, pudding-like consistency, evenly distribute the agar agar powder.

Switch on the heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens to a creamy, smooth consistency.

Pour into molds, chill for 4–5 hours, remove the molds, add mint leaves as a garnish, and savor your chocolate dessert.
You can replace agar agar with cornflour. Simply mix cornflour with a little water and use.
