For the Recipe
- Flour – 1 cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Sugar – 7 Teaspoon
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Cadbury Dairy Milk- 52 gms
- Almond – 9 pieces
- Cashew – 8 pieces
Directions
Heat the pan, pour the milk, add sugar and flour and let it simmer for some time while stirring continuously.
Stir the dough until it becomes a smooth paste.
Flattened the dough and cut it into circles with a cookie cutter.
In a bowl, mix melted chocolate and grated nuts.
Add the mixture in the circle dough.
Seal the chocolate ball into the dough and roll it into a fine round shape.
Coat the Mochi with cocoa powder.
Powder the mochi with a dash of Cocoa.
TIPS:
Rub corn flour on your hands while making so that the dough does not stick on the hands.
