For the Recipe
- Chia Seeds- 3 tbsp
- Coconut Milk- 2 cup
- Dry Black Berry- 2 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Mini- 10pcs
Directions
Mix the chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl. Pour out the mixture into a container with a lid and refrigerate it overnight.
The next day, the mixture will turn into a thick pudding-like consistency.
Add honey to the chia pudding and mix.
Add the blackberries.
Pour out the pudding into small ramekins and pop it in the fridge.
In a microwave-safe bowl, break the Cadbury Dairy Milk Minis into smaller pieces and microwave the chocolate in 10-second intervals, while stirring in between, till it has melted completely.
Take the chia pudding ramekins out of the refrigerator and drizzle the melted chocolate on top to form a layer.
Repeat the process for the other ramekin.
Put the pudding in the fridge for 30 minutes or more until the chocolate sets. Cover the surface with a baking sheet to avoid drying and absorbing unwanted odors.
Enjoy it cold.
