In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, oil, melted butter, egg and milk. Mix well.
Transfer this mixture to a lined baking pan.
Bake at 165 degrees celcius for 20-25 mins. keep aside and allow it to cool.
Separate the cream from oreo biscuits and crush the cookies into powder.
In a blender jar, add powdered cookies, cream cheese and grind it.
Spread the mixture evenly over baked red velvet cake.
Melt cadbury bournville in a microwave and pour it over.
Sprinkle cadbury choco chips dark evenly and refrigerate for an hour.
Cut in desired shape and serve.
