For the Recipe
- Sugar – 2/3 Cups
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder – ¼ Cup
- Cornstarch – 3 Tablespoons
- Salt – ¼ Teaspoon
- Milk – 2 ¼ Cups
- Butter (Unsalted) – 2 Tablespoons
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
- Whipped cream and chocolate and fruit syrup for topping (Optional)
Directions
Stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in medium saucepan and gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Once boiled, stir for 1 minute and turn off heat.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour into individual dishes. (To avoid a skin from forming on top, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
While it is getting set, whip up some whipping cream for the topping.
Once chilled, remove cling film and add whipped cream on top and drizzle chocolate syrup or some fruit syrup.
