For the Recipe
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- ¼ tbsp baking soda
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup curd
- 2 ripe banana
Directions
Peel the ripe bananas and add to a blending jar.
Add ½ cup of brown sugar to banana.
Pour in ½ cup of curd into the jar. Blend eveything well until its smooth and well combined.
In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups of rolled oats.
Add 1 tablespoon of Cadbury cocoa powder to the oats.
Add baking powder to the oats for leavening.
Add baking soda to make the end mixture fluffy.
Mix it well until cocoa powder, oats, baking powder and baking soda becomes homogenous.
Pour the blended banana mixture to the oats mixture.
Mix everything well to make a thick batter.
Pour the batter into lined muffin molds for easy removal.
Bake the muffins for 30 minutes at 160°c. Once the crust appears cooked, take the muffins out and serve.
