For Oreo Bundt Cake
- 1 packet Oreo CookiesBuy
- ½ cup Unsalted butter
- ½ cup Castor sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Oil
- 1½ cups Refined flour
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Vinegar
For the Icing
- 1 cup Crushed Oreo Cookies
Directions
Take a bowl. Add the Oreo Cookies and grind them until they turn into crumbs.
Take another bowl. Add the unsalted butter, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk well. Keep whisking until it is of a smooth consistency.
Add the milk and oil. Whisk until well combined.
Once done, add the refined flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Fold until well combined.
Add in the vinegar and fold again.
Add the crushed Oreo Cookies and mix well.
Take a bundt pan. Add the prepared mixture to this pan. Use a spoon to flatten the mixture. Bake at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
For the icing, take a bowl, add the icing sugar, milk and vanilla essence. Whisk until it is of a smooth consistency.
Pour the vanilla icing over the Bundt cake.
Decorate with crushed Oreo Cookies, and place an Oreo cookie on top. Oreo Bundt Cake is ready!
