For the Recipe
- Plain yogurt – 1 cup
- Honey/ maple dyrup – 3 tablespoon
- Black & Indian raisin mixed (chopped) – 1 cup
- Cadbury Bournville dark chocolate (chopped) – 1 cup
- Unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon
Directions

Mix chopped raisins into cold yogurt so that they are well distributed for a tangy and sweet flavor mix.

Mix in honey or maple syrup, blending well to add sweetness and a smooth, blended texture.

Pour the mixture into any mold shape and freeze for 3 hours until set and ready to serve as a frozen dessert after the last step.

Melt the chocolate with butter using a double boiler or the microwave and mix well till it is evenly melted and coat the frozen yogurt and raisin mix with the melted chocolate and chill it again for about 15-20 minutes and it is ready to be eaten.
Work with the chilled yoghurt fast when dipping in the melted chocolate as the frozen yogurt tends to melt fast.
